Is Cash FX regulated with FCA
Cash FX Group is not registered or authorized by FCA – Financial Conduct Authority for UK, not because the scheme is a scam or that the scheme has more risk than any other similar schemes authorized by the FCA, but Cashfx Group is registered, based and regulated in Panama. There are great taxes and financial implications to CashFX Group if registered with the FCA under its current regulation. Why are my trading funds less than the amount I deposited with CashFX?
30% of your initial package purchase goes towards the purchase of your educational package and the remaining 70% of your deposit goes into trading. Your 2X on the Bear's side is figured from the entire package amount, not from the 70% put into trade on your behalf. For example, if you deposit $1000, you are contracted to receive up to $2000 on the Bear's side, even though you will only see $700 of your deposit went into trade.
How long after I make my initial deposit before my trading begins?
3 Business days from the date a Trade Contract was purchased, the account will start to see Trading Pool earnings being posted to the “Trading Pool” report in the CFX back office portal.
When we upgrade, do we have to wait another 3 business days before we start receiving trade earnings
Yes you will have another 3 business day waiting period after you upgrade before your trade earnings will reflect the larger package. CashFX pre-funded the trading account with a significant amount of capital to begin with so they wouldn't have to move deposits every day to the trade account. Then they continue to add to the trade account every few days to stay ahead of the overall funds coming in.
When are the trade earnings reported and when are they available for withdraw?
Trading Earnings Are Reported In Your CashFX Back Office Portal:
Monday through Friday the report starts running in the system at midnight EST and could take several hours to complete before the Trade Earnings reflect in your back office.
Trading Earnings Are Paid Out To Credit Wallets:
Saturday at 12pm EST
Withdrawal Requests will be processed as follows:
Monday through Friday:
Withdrawal requests made by 11:59pm EST, are paid out 1 (one) calendar day after request. In SPECIAL circumstances, such as a global crisis, market volatility, long delays in exchange times causing drastic negative fluctuation in BTC, etc., withdrawals could take more than 2 (two) calendar days to reach your BTC Wallet.
(i.e. If you request a withdrawal on Monday, under the regular payout schedule, it would be paid out by Tuesday at 11:59pm EST. However, under SPECIAL circumstance, if you requested a withdrawal on Monday it could take until Wedenesday at 11:59pm EST or longer, but CFX does take every possible step to avoid having to delay processing withdrawals.)
